Mortgage Connect Support Mission is to provide professional technical support
via a web ticketing system, email, and call center. Our goal is to empower
users of our systems by making product use knowledge accessible.� This is accomplished by providing a focused
knowledge base that acts as a single point of contact for all Mortgage Connect
Support Services. This channel can be utilized to report technical issues, operational
failures, incidents, problems, concerns and complaints.

Once contacted, the support service inquiry is routed to an applicable technician. Mortgage Connect provides personnel for coverage of outages using various alert devices that automatically notify Mortgage Connect technical personnel when an outage transpires. Support Services shall include responding to the technical questions of users regarding our systems. The Help Desk technician will generate an appropriate incident ticket that Mortgage Connect will categorize based upon the nature and severity of the issue that has been reported.
